Riveting Riffs Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any advertising that it feels does not conform with the magazine and company's standards, morals and ethics. Riveting Riffs will not accept advertising that promotes violence, racial inequality, illegal drug use, gender degradation and discrimination or involves overtly sexual themes.
Payment is not due until the client has reviewed the advertisement on the website. Once an email has been sent to the client with notification that the ad has been posted the client has 24 hours to respond by email indicating that the ad has been approved and to submit their payment via this website. If approval and payment are not received within 24 hours the ad will be removed and the client will be barred from future submissions. If the posting occurs between Friday at 5 pm and Sunday at midnight the client will have until the end of Monday's business day to submit the approval and payment. If the Monday is a statutory holiday the client will have until noon on the Tuesday to submit the approval and payment.
All rates are posted below and are for a one week duration from the time they are posted. All ads will be removed no later than midnight on the 15th day after the initial posting.

Advertisers should be aware that the majority of Riveting Riffs readers live in the United States.
Once approval and payment is received all transactions are considered final except in the following instances.
1. Riveting Riffs becomes aware that content of the submitted ad involves misrepresentation or the advertiser has used content or images that are protected by copyright of an individual or company other than the party submitting the ad.
2. The website is down for a period of time and the ad cannot be viewed. If this becomes the case Riveting Riffs will credit the individual or company placing the ad, on a prorated basis. i.e. If a portion of a day greater than two hours has affected the ability of the ad to be viewed one full day will be refunded to the client and so forth.
